KRJ Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing dairy manufacturer specializing in premium cheese and dairy products for the HORECA and food manufacturing industry. We are looking for a motivated Lab Technician to join our Quality team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine testing of milk, cheese, and dairy product samples.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis as per standard procedures.
- Record, maintain, and report test results accurately.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Support production and quality teams in maintaining product quality standards.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology,



Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the dairy or food industry.
- Knowledge of dairy testing methods and laboratory practices.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
