Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical/Industrial/Safety Engineering preferred/ Rubber Technology Chemical ) or equivalent; ISO Lead Auditor certification (9001/14001/45001) is a solid plus
Experience: 3-4+ years in a quality/regulatory/technical compliance role, ideally in industrial safety equipment, PPE, or similarly regulated manufacturing
Key skills: Technical/compliance documentation, regulatory liaison experience (PESO/DGMS/BIS / EN exposure preferred), audit management, tender documentation, working knowledge of relevant IS/EN standards for respiratory and gas detection products
