Role Description The QMS role at A. K. Automatics is a full-time, in office position based in Washim. The role involves maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and internal procedures.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production quality, conducting inspections and audits, documenting nonconformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes updating quality documentation, training team members on quality processes, and collaborating with production, procurement, and management to drive continuous improvement. The QMS professional will support data analysis, prepare quality reports,



and help ensure that all motorcycle and scooter components meet defined specifications and customer requirements.

Qualifications Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, including documentation control, internal audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with quality standards relevant to manufacturing (such as ISO-based systems), process mapping, and procedure development.

Ability to perform root cause analysis, risk assessment, and implement corrective and preventive actions within a production environment.

Proficiency in using basic quality tools and metrics (e.g., checklists, control charts, inspection reports) and working with production data.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support cross-functional teams on quality practices.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on-site.

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or a related field; prior experience in automotive or component manufacturing is an advantage.

Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental practices in manufacturing settings is beneficial.
