About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Qlik Developer with 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development, dashboard design, data modeling, and BI migration projects. Experience in migrating reports from legacy BI platforms to Qlik Sense and optimizing application performance will be a strong advantage.

The candidate should be capable of developing scalable BI solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality analytics applications that support data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Qlik Sense applications and dashboards.
- Develop interactive visualizations, KPIs,



scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Participate in large-scale BI migration projects from legacy BI tools to Qlik Sense.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop optimized data models using Qlik's associative engine and scripting capabilities.
- Build and maintain ETL processes for loading data from multiple sources.
- Optimize Qlik applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Engineers, and Architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices for application security, governance, and deployment.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production issue resolution.
- Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and deployment guides.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Roles and Responsibilities Required Skills & Technical Expertise

- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense development.
- Experience with QlikView migration or maintenance is preferred.
- Expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling, and dashboard development.
- Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.




- Good understanding of ETL concepts and data integration techniques.
- Experience with application performance tuning and optimization.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
