- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Injection Moulding processes. (Dadra)
- For Kolkata metal division background candidate is preferred
- Working experience with BIS, CE, and other international and domestic applicable product certifications and standards.
- Strong understanding of quality tools, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, products managers and customer teams.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Assurance
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Establish and monitor quality parameters, inspection standards, and control documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BIS /CE and ISO standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Control & Improvement
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality output.
- Collaborate with Production and Tool Room teams to resolve process deviations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for rejection reduction and productivity enhancement.
Inspection & Testing
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Ensure correct usage, calibration, and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Validate trial runs and support current product development (NPD) activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor QC inspectors and technicians.
- Ensure discipline, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting within the QC department.
- trouble shoot and resolves in case of any issues in production.
Customer Interaction
- Handle customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions with sales team coordination.
- Coordinate customer audits and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports, MIS, and dashboards
