Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function for eCommerce/Marketplace projects. Will oversee test planning, execution, integration testing, defect management, and team leadership to ensure high-quality delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes.
- Execute manual & automation testing across web, mobile, and APIs.
- Validate end-to-end order journey (search cart checkout payment order returns).
- Perform integration testing with OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment & Logistics systems.
- Lead and mentor QA team; monitor delivery timelines.
- Manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps and provide QA status reports.
- Support automation and CI/CD testing pipelines.

Skills Required

- Strong experience in eCommerce / Marketplace QA.
- Expertise in Functional, Regression, UAT, API testing.
- Hands-on with Postman, SQL, JIRA / Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
- Robust communication & team leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in SFCC, Magento, Kibo, SAP Hybris.
- Knowledge of OMS / ERP / CRM / PIM integrations.
- ISTQB Certification.
