Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into QAD ERP solutions.
- Configure and support QAD ERP modules such as:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement/Purchasing
- Sales and Distribution
- Finance (optional based on role)
- Develop and customize QAD applications using:
- Progress 4GL / OpenEdge ABL
- QXtend
- EDI Integrations
- API/Web Services
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Create technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills
- years of hands-on experience in QAD ERP.
- Solid knowledge of QAD Enterprise Applications.
- Experience with Progress 4GL/OpenEdge ABL development.
- Knowledge of QAD EE (Enterprise Edition).
- Experience with QXtend, EDI, and integration tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
- SQL database querying and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
