We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Trainee to join our team. Based on performance, the selected candidate may be offered a full-time opportunity after successful completion of the 6-month training period. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Software Quality Assurance and eager to gain hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications.
The Trainee will work closely with the QA and Development teams to support product quality and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Assist in executing manual testing for web/mobile applications.
Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
Work with developers and team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare test cases, test scenarios,
and test reports.
Participate in requirement analysis and understand product functionality.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills Good understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
Basic knowledge of Automation Testing tools/frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications Certification in Software Testing / QA is preferred.
Previous internship/project/industry experience in testing is preferred.
