1. Establishing Project Concrete Mix Design in co-ordination with client & RMC vendors
2. Co-ordinate with finalised RMC vendors for supply to site
3. Maintaining checklists, pour cards, Inspection Reports, etc.
4. Ensure works are executed as per PQP, IS codes, contract specifications, etc.
5. Develop & maintain proper lab set up for site related construction activities
6. Organise weekly Quality walks, Quality week, etc. for uplifting site Quality
7. Ensure minimum quality complaints (Internal & external) and that NCRs are closed promptly
8. Maintain documentation for QMS/IMS audits and liase with other departments so that Site is ISO compliant / organisational standards are maintained
9. Conduct Hand Skills development training
Preferred candidate profile EPC/GC/Cost Plus/Item rate projects for Residential / Commercial / Hospitality/ Healthcare, etc.
