Description

We are looking for a QA Practice Head with 15-20 years of experience to lead our QA team and ensure the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing QA teams, developing and implementing QA strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices to ensure the quality of our products
- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and mentoring as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,



and implement new processes and technologies as needed

Skills and Qualifications

- 15-20 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Robust understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Expertise in automation testing and test management tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO and CMMI
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
