Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Amagi Onboarding Linear QA team to ensure high-quality Linear deliveries. You will be involved in all stages of Onboarding a Customer from reviewing requirements to executing tests, identifying defects, and suggesting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyse system specifications and requirements.

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements and technical designs.

Identify, record, document, and track defects through testing tools.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support the creation and execution of automated test scripts and report results.

Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Assist in reproducing and isolating bugs and following up on resolutions.

Assist in developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and user manuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.

Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.

Experience with manual testing; exposure to automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or Robot Framework is a plus.

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python) is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge on OTT, SSAI, Media Domain Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
