QA Asst Manager Injection Moulding Quality Excellence Duties/: Molding Floor QMS Governance/: Oversee, maintain, and audit shop/-floor operations to guarantee stringent adherence to automotive or medical quality standards while spearheading external compliance panel preparation.

New Tooling Validation APQP/PPAP/: Create boundary boards, carry out thorough Mold Trials T0 through T/-Final, compile Production Part Approval Process PPAP plans, and oversee the quality track for new product introductions NPI.

Verification of Scientific Molding Parameters/: Collaborate with the tool room and set cells to audit molding process windows, ensuring that injection pressure loops, melt temperatures, packing gradients, and cooling schedules correspond to the first verified benchmarks.

Molding Defect Diagnostic Speargun/: Use 8D, 5/-Why, and Ishikawa logic to lead sophisticated, root/-cause troubleshooting loops to address recurrent plastic molding issues, such as sink marks, flash, splay, burn markings, short shots, warping, and weld lines.





Focus Skills/: Polymer Processing & Tooling Literacy/: thorough comprehension of plastic shrink vectors, structural mold mechanics, and diverse resin behaviors.

Core Manufacturing Quality Tools Fluency/: A thorough understanding of the basic Core Quality Frameworks, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA. Blueprints & Geometric Dimensioning GD&T;/: Expertise in deciphering rigorous Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD&T; indicators and analyzing intricate technical drawings and component schematics.
