About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the application development and production support teams by ensuring the quality and functionality of web applications and related deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include manual testing, defect tracking, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, all aimed at delivering seamless, compliant, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual testing experience. Strong SQL knowledge is essential for backend data validation, along with practical experience in API testing using tools like Postman. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint is required.

Candidates should have a good understanding of accessibility standards,



including ADA, Section 508, and WCAG, and experience testing web applications, PDFs, reports, and database functionalities. Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination skills are critical, along with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Candidates must be willing to work the full shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for web applications to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

- Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data to cover all aspects of application functionality.
- Conduct backend data validation using SQL queries to verify data integrity and accuracy.
- Test application-generated PDFs, reports, and other deliverables for accuracy and formatting.
- Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards.
- Identify, document, prioritize, track, and retest defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
- Maintain detailed project trackers, testing documentation, and ensure adherence to deadlines and dependencies.
- Coordinate daily updates with the development team, capturing start-of-day and end-of-day progress.
- Prepare consolidated daily and weekly status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key issues, risks, and progress.
- Follow up with developers on assigned tasks,



blockers, and committed timelines to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Coordinate application demos, UAT activities, production releases, and post-release validations to ensure seamless deployment.
- Participate in project meetings, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Escalate critical defects, missed deadlines, risks, and unresolved blockers to appropriate parties to mitigate impact on project timelines.
