About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in backend application development, API development, and scalable software engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Python applications and a passion for writing clean, effective, and maintainable code.

Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs) will be considered an added advantage. Candidates without prior AI experience but with strong Python fundamentals and a willingness to learn will be provided opportunities to work on AI-driven automation projects and gain hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Python Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable backend services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop data processing and automation scripts using Python.
- Write clean, well-documented, and production-ready code.

Backend Engineering
- Design and implement robust backend architectures.
- Integrate third-party services and enterprise applications through REST APIs.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in system design,



code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing applications.

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Follow software development best practices and coding standards.
- Create technical documentation and API specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Continuously learn and adopt modern technologies.

AI & Automation (Good to Have) Candidates with exposure to any of the following will have an added advantage:
- Generative AI or LLM-based applications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 26 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience integrating external APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
