Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in RAG-based AI applications to join our growing AI/GenAI team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable backend services, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based AI applications using Python.
- Build and optimize document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and generation pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, or similar models.
- Work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB,



Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve production AI systems.

Required Skills
- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices development.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
