About the Role :

The role involves designing and developing serverless automation on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and building automated remediation workflows for Oracle database performance and availability issues. The successful candidate will have experience with event-driven architectures, API integrations, containerization, and CI/CD practices.

Technical Requirements :

- Solid hands-on experience in Python (3.8+) for production-grade application development.
- Experience building and deploying serverless applications on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Eventarc, IAM, Secret Manager).
- Good understanding of event-driven architectures, API integrations, containerization, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
- Strong application-level experience with Oracle databases, including querying,



connection pooling,

transaction management, and basic PL/SQL.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop serverless automation on GCP triggered by Instana observability alerts.
- Build automated remediation workflows for Oracle database performance and availability issues.
- Develop reliable, production-ready Python solutions with a focus on observability-driven automation.

Required Skills :

- Python programming skills
- Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Eventarc, IAM, Secret Manager
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and API integrations
- Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- Strong communication and technical skills
