To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience as a software engineer
- At least 2+ years of experience in Python programming
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
