Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer with strong experience in AWS cloud technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python development,



cloud-native architecture, microservices, and AWS services, with a strong focus on delivering robust and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.

Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.

Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and support application maintenance activities.

Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation initiatives.

Required

Skills

Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python (5+ years).

Experience with Python frameworks such as: FastAPI

Flask

Django (preferred) Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases: Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ownership and accountability.

Team-oriented team player with a continuous learning mindset. Nice to Have GenAI/LLM integration experience.

Experience with LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock.

Exposure to data platforms and analytics solutions.
