Role Overview

As a Beauty Adviser Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and continuously developing Beauty Advisers across Purplle stores. You will ensure that store teams possess strong product knowledge, customer service excellence, sales skills, and grooming standards to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly hired Beauty Advisers.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Train Beauty Advisers on skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrances, and personal care products.
- Coach teams on customer engagement, consultation techniques, cross-selling, upselling, and closing sales.
- Ensure adherence to Purplle's customer service standards and SOPs.
- Conduct regular store visits for coaching, observation, and performance improvement.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, role plays, and practical demonstrations.
- Identify skill gaps and design refresher training programs.
- Develop and maintain training calendars, manuals, presentations, and learning materials.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Regional Managers to improve store productivity.
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales conversion, ATV, UPT, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge scores.




- Support new store launches by training store teams before opening.
- Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Beauty or Cosmetic certifications are an added advantage).
- 3–6 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, luxury retail, or training.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, Retail Trainer, or Learning & Development professional.
- Experience in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty consultation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
