Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Purchasing

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including handling purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of art, craft, and DIY supplies to support inventory needs.

The Purchasing

Executive will collaborate closely with operations, warehouse,



and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with budget and stock requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, analyzing purchasing data, resolving supplier issues, and supporting continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including creation, review, and tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and inventory coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience with basic data analysis, inventory management systems, or ERP tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or similar sectors, is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are important.
