Role Description The Purchasing Engineer role at NetXeroC is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Purchase

Engineer will support the procurement function by managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approved requisitions.
- Send enquiries to vendors and obtain quotations.
- Coordinate with Design and Proposal teams for technical evaluation of materials.
- Prepare comparison statements (price, delivery, terms, and technical compliance).
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and dispatch.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and as per specified requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor quotations, POs, GRNs, and invoices.
- Update and maintain the vendor database with pricing, lead times, and performance details.
- Review and preparation of data sheets and QAP Skills & Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Knowledge of vendor coordination, PO processing, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings/specifications (added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS excel • Good communication and follow-up skills.
