Key Responsibilitie**

- s:Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and service
- s.Manage supplier performance, evaluate quotations, and finalize purchase order
- s.Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock level
- s.Maintain accurate procurement records in Tally and related system
- s.Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of goods and service
- s.Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delay
- s.Assist in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting of procurement need
