We are looking for a Purchase Operations Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors regularly to track order status, production progress, and expected delivery dates.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure materials/products are ready and delivered within the committed timeline.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, requirements, approvals, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate internally with the Purchase, Design, and other concerned teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with the Design team for artwork, design, branding, or other required approvals.
- Ensure all order requirements and specifications are properly communicated to vendors.
- Track orders from confirmation until final delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure there are no unnecessary delays in order execution.
- Identify any expected delay or issue and immediately coordinate with the concerned team/vendor to resolve it.
- Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered to clients on time.
- Maintain basic order tracking and status reports.
- Provide regular order updates to the concerned internal team and management.
Skills Required
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and vendor-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of purchase and order processing.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to timelines and order details.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
