Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to oversee corporate procurement, vendor management, and supply chain purchasing operations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, establish strategic vendor partnerships, negotiate high-value contracts, and optimize purchasing costs across corporate and operational logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Procurement & Operations

- Develop, implement, and refine corporate procurement policies and guidelines aligned with company goals.
- Source and procure capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) assets, including IT infrastructure, office equipment, corporate services, packaging materials, and fleet/warehouse consumables.
- Analyze market trends, price benchmarks, and supply chain risk to optimize cost structures.

2. Vendor Management & Negotiation

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers and service providers.
- Lead contract negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, SLAs,



warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations and audits to ensure high quality and compliance.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor purchasing workflows to eliminate wastage, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Collaborate with finance and operations departments to streamline purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and payment approvals.
- Manage stock levels for internal consumption and operational supplies across corporate branches.

4. Compliance & Governance

- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company ethics, corporate governance standards, and local tax/trade regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records, contracts, and audit trails.

Experience: 8-10 years of total experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably within a logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain company.
