We're Hiring – Purchase Executive

Location: ITS Engineering College, Knowledge Park-III, Greater Noida

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Comparative Statements (CS) for vendor quotations.
- Purchase Order (PO) Generation and processing.
- Managing the billing process within the prescribed time frame.
- Handling Petty Cash for Local Purchase Process.
- Coordinating with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
- Maintaining purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensuring timely procurement of materials as per departmental requirements.

Eligibility:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Purchase/Procurement.
- Qualification:



Any Graduate.
