At HamBOLDS, we're excited to announce an opportunity with our sister company, Sun Chem India - a leading cosmetics and personal care manufacturer with over 30 years of expertise in formulations, contract manufacturing, and product innovation.

As Sun Chem India continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Purchase Executive for managing the end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging materials required for manufacturing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and uninterrupted production support.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end procurement of cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials.

● Develop and maintain a strong vendor base; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.

● Ensure timely procurement aligned with production planning to avoid shortages or delays.

● Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimum stock.





● Ensure all materials meet company quality standards and regulatory compliance.

● Prepare cost comparison statements and drive cost optimization initiatives.

● Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP records.

● Coordinate closely with Production, QA, R&D;, and Finance teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

● 1 - 3 years of procurement experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.

● Robust negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.

● Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai ( 6 days working)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
