Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing fresh supplies (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) along with other operational items. The role involves vendor coordination, quality assurance, cost control, and timely procurement to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure fresh supplies (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.) on a daily/weekly basis
- Source and purchase general items such as packaging materials, groceries, and operational supplies
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure quality checks for fresh and perishable items at the time of procurement
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation




- Track market trends, seasonal availability, and pricing fluctuations
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery delays

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement (fresh supplies preferred)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Valuable understanding of inventory management
- Knowledge of local markets for fresh produce
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
- Attention to detail and quality control mindset
