About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase and Admin Head to lead the complete procurement and administration functions for our modular kitchen manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, inventory planning, factory administration, and cost optimization within the modular kitchen or related manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement operations for raw materials, hardware, accessories, consumables, machinery, and project-related purchases.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards and timely deliveries.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support manufacturing and project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material planning with production and project teams.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, and service.
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with finance for vendor payments, reconciliations, and commercial documentation.
- Oversee factory and office administration, including facilities management, security, housekeeping, transport, maintenance, and general administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, company procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the Purchase and Admin team to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare procurement MIS, cost analysis reports, and management reports.




- Build long-term vendor relationships while maintaining transparency, accountability, and ethical procurement practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. MBA or qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement will be an added advantage.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Purchase and Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Modular Kitchen, Modular Furniture, Interior Fit-Out, Furniture Manufacturing, Architectural Hardware, or Building Materials industry.
- Proven experience in procurement planning, strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, inventory management, and cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience in procurement of plywood, MDF, HDF, laminates, acrylic sheets, edge banding, hardware, kitchen accessories, wardrobe fittings, quartz, solid surfaces, adhesives, and other related materials.
- Experience handling factory and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management.
- Excellent vendor negotiation, commercial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership experience in managing procurement and administration teams.
- High integrity, strong ethical values, and a transparent approach to procurement and vendor management.
- Must be willing to work from IMT Manesar, Gurugram.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a modular kitchen or furniture manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of factory operations and production planning.
- Experience in developing vendor networks across India.
- Ability to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
