We're hiring a Purchase & Accounts Executive for our wellness property in Mulshi, near Pune. Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. Our Mulshi property is a boutique wellness retreat. This is a hands-on, on-property role that owns both purchasing and day-to-day accounts for the unit. What you'll do

- Run day-to-day purchasing: raise POs, source and negotiate with local and regional vendors, and track deliveries
- Compare quotes, control rates and drive cost savings without compromising quality
- Manage store and inventory: GRN, issue notes, stock rotation (FIFO), monthly physical stock takes and variance reporting
- Maintain vendor master, contracts, credit terms and timely vendor payments
- Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliation, petty cash and expense records in Tally
- Support GST and TDS compliance, invoice verification and coordination with the CA
- Prepare monthly cost,



consumption and purchase reports for management
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, F&B;, housekeeping and engineering on indents and requirements Who we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in purchase, stores or accounts, preferably in hotels, resorts or F&B;
- B.Com or equivalent; working knowledge of Tally and robust Excel skills
- Understanding of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance
- Sharp with numbers, organised with documentation, and comfortable negotiating with vendors
- Honest, detail-oriented and able to work independently at a property
- Comfortable relocating to and living in Mulshi — accommodation and meals are provided What we offer
- Salary up to ₹30,000 per month
