Sales Channels: Telecalling, Walk-in Counter Sales and Field Sales

Location: India

Responsibilities:

- Carry out installation, inspection, troubleshooting and servicing of pumps.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues in pumping systems.
- Read architectural, mechanical and engineering drawings.
- Prepare service reports and recommend required repairs or spare parts.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for service-related requirements.

Requirements:

- ITI, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pump servicing.
- Practical knowledge of pump installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
