Designation: Account Director - Public Relations

Location: Bangalore Office

Lead and scale the Lifestyle, F&B;, and Fashion vertical, driving brand visibility, cultural relevance, and business impact through integrated communications. Own both client growth and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

- Act as the custodian of marquee Lifestyle/F&B;/Fashion/Hospitality clients
- Build and deepen founder/CXO-level relationships
- Develop high-impact PR strategies aligned to brand positioning, launches, and revenue goals
- Lead crisis communication and reputation management

Media & Influencer Ecosystem

- Own relationships with top-tier editors, tastemakers, and culture-led platforms
- Drive high-value coverage, features, and brand narratives (not just placements)
- Build and scale a premium influencer network across food, fashion, and lifestyle
- Identify culture moments, collaborations, and partnerships that create buzz

Content & Brand Narrative

- Oversee creation of sharp, culturally relevant content – press materials, founder POVs, opinion pieces
- Craft spokesperson narratives, Q&As;, and speeches
- Ensure all communication builds a distinct, premium brand voice

Team Leadership





- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance PR team
- Drive clarity in roles, accountability, and output quality
- Set benchmarks for media outcomes, creativity, and client servicing

Planning & Reviews

- Own quarterly and annual PR roadmaps
- Deliver measurable outcomes tied to visibility, brand recall, and business impact
- Present sharp reviews and forward-looking strategies to clients

New Business Development

- Drive pipeline creation across lifestyle, F&B;, and fashion brands
- Lead pitches, strategy decks, and conversion conversations
- Identify emerging brands, D2C disruptors, and hospitality concepts early
- Build founder/investor relationships to unlock current mandates
- Collaborate internally to create compelling, insight-led pitch narratives

Case Studies & Awards

- Develop strong case studies that showcase business impact
- Lead award strategy and submissions for key clients
