Job Responsibilities

- Study customer RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for industrial painting and coating systems.
- Develop project costing, BOQ, equipment specifications, and scope of supply.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Automation, Projects, and Sales teams for proposal inputs.
- Prepare quotations, technical datasheets, compliance statements, and commercial documentation.
- Review customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions and clarification meetings with customers.
- Prepare process flow, equipment layouts, and preliminary project concepts in coordination with the engineering team.
- Evaluate project risks, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial terms before proposal submission.




- Follow up on submitted proposals and provide technical support to the sales team during negotiations.
- Maintain proposal records, costing databases, and documentation for future reference.
- Support handover of awarded projects to the engineering and project execution teams.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of industrial engineering and project costing.
- Experience in preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RFQ, tender documentation, costing, and quotation preparation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and engineering documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and meet proposal submission deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in painting systems, powder coating plants, liquid paint booths, pretreatment systems, ovens, conveyors, surface finishing equipment, automation systems, or industrial turnkey projects will be preferred.
