Role Overview

As a Prompt Engineer, you'll design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) powering our AI products. You'll work closely with AI engineers, developers, and product teams to improve the quality, accuracy, reasoning, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
- Excellent written English and prompt-writing skills.




- Logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with AI workflows and prompt optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Python or APIs is a plus.
- Interest in HR-Tech, Recruitment, or SaaS products is an advantage.
