Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PROPEL Academic Coach based in Hyderabad. The PROPEL Academic Coach will support schools in implementing the PROPEL program by coaching teachers, conducting training sessions, and ensuring adherence to the multi-modal learning modules.



The role involves providing feedback and assistance to teachers, monitoring student progress, and ensuring the program’s success.

The coach will act as a bridge between LEAD Group and the partner schools, ensuring smooth integration and execution of the program.

Qualifications Proficiency in Academic Coaching and Coaching techniques

Solid Communication skills to effectively interact with teachers and school administrators

Background in Education, with experience or expertise in curriculum development or training

Sound knowledge of Mathematics to support subject-specific learning modules

Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships with school stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced certification or degree is a plus

Experience in EdTech, classroom teaching, or teacher training programs is an advantage

Willingness to travel locally to partner schools as part of job responsibilities
