Role Description The Project Manager role at Jobstex is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include defining project objectives, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking progress against milestones. The role involves preparing status reports, managing stakeholder communication, assessing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

The Project

Manager will also support process improvements, align projects with organizational goals,



and collaborate closely with leadership and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead multiple initiatives and manage project lifecycles effectively.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and support decision-making.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present updates, and facilitate team alignment.

- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, track, and optimize project financials and resource allocation.

- Relevant experience in project or program management, ideally within HR, recruitment, or professional services environments.

- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; professional project management certifications (such as PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
