Location: Based in Amritsar, with travel across assigned partner locations in Punjab

Role Purpose
Manage day-to-day partner relationships and programme delivery for a small assigned set of partners in Punjab, combining field execution with local business development responsibility — identifying and building buyer relationships for partner products in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management & Engagement
Manage and retain the assigned partners in Punjab; document exit plans for any dropouts
Conduct monthly calls and visits with each of the 4 partners; quarterly formal reviews
Collect and verify 4C / 5C evidence (Craftizen’s Framework for Development) to support SPM assessments ahead of each review
Track active beneficiary engagement monthly across assigned partners
Facilitate volunteer involvement with assigned partners
Support regional disability ecosystem initiatives; participate in sector events in Punjab
Support National Petalists Day event organisation in the region
Maintain database of potential NGO partners with disability focus in Punjab, for future scaling
Production & Quality
Ensure SOP and training manual implementation across the 4 assigned partners
Maintain quality acceptance standards; monitor and reduce rejection rates
Support festival-wise production planning for assigned partners
Support development of current products per partner with design team guidance
Ensure eco-friendly product standards compliance across assigned partners
Business Development & Market Linkages (Punjab)
Understand the product profile and range of the 4 assigned partners, and identify suitable buyers matched to that profile
Identify and approach buyers specifically suited to eco-friendly products and festive-season products, within Punjab and neighbouring markets
Identify and approach corporate, institutional, retail and bulk buyers for assigned partners' products
Build and maintain the local opportunity pipeline for Punjab; keep it current
Support event and stall participation in Punjab aligned with the festival calendar
Field Data & Reporting
Collect and submit field data for assigned partners on time and accurately
Document impact stories and case studies for assigned partners
Submit visit reports within 48 hours of every partner visit
Maintain updated partner database and beneficiary records for assigned partners
Policy Compliance & Finance
Comply with Craftizen financial policy; no unapproved spend
Submit expense claims and settlements on time per HR policy
Adhere to HR policy (leave, travel, conduct)
Flag irregularities to SPM immediately
Key Deliverables
Retention of all 4 assigned partners, with documented exit plans where applicable
4C evidence verified ahead of each SPM review; beneficiary engagement tracked monthly
Quality and eco-friendly compliance maintained across assigned partners
Local buyer pipeline built and maintained, with demonstrated matches between partner product profile and buyer type, including eco-friendly and festive-season buyers specifically
Field data and visit reports submitted on time; impact stories documented per partner
Full financial and HR policy compliance
Desired Profile
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management or related field.
Experience
3 to 5 years of programme management, field operations or business development experience.
Experience managing partner relationships and buyer/market linkages preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Understanding of product-to-market fit, including eco-friendly and seasonal/festive product categories
