We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Director to lead the sales function for our premium and luxury residential projects in Hyderabad. In this leadership role, you will develop sales strategies, drive revenue, inspire teams, and build solid relationships with high-value clients and business partners.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve business goals.
- Lead, inspire, and build a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth across premium and luxury residential projects.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and business reports to improve results.
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, customer experience, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top sales professionals.
- Lead project launches, sales campaigns, and business development initiatives.
- Support the team in closing high-value sales and key customer negotiations.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain high standards of sales governance, CRM discipline,



and process compliance.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for long-term business growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in premium or luxury residential real estate sales.
- Proven experience in leading successful sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, CRM systems, and performance management.
- Stable career progression with at least 2 years in the current organization .
