About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Planner to join our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating custom FF&E; projects while ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Support project control activities, including schedule management and change tracking.
- Analyze project data and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with design, operations,



manufacturing, and leadership teams to ensure planning information is complete and accurate before production.
- Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Mandatory Requirements ✔ Proven experience in Project Planning & Scheduling .

✔ Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project) and Primavera P6 – Mandatory.

✔ Strong analytical and project control skills.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing, construction, interior fit-out, hospitality, or custom FF&E; projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, fast-paced on-site workplace.
