Job Title: Project Manager (Civil)

Qualification

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, interior, or architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple projects and schedule tasks efficiently within the office.

- Communicate effectively with clients, retailers, vendors, and project stakeholders.

- Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings.

- Read, understand, and verify structural drawings for project execution.

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimations.

- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Monitor project progress and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

- Solid project coordination and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge of architectural, civil, and structural drawings.

- Experience in BOQ preparation and project estimation.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Adobe Photoshop
