Discover the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects and programs. This role focuses on planning, execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/programs
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Follow best practices, methodologies, and governance standards

Planning & Execution

- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate across multiple teams and workstreams

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Communicate updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues





Risk & Issue Management

- Identify and manage risks proactively
- Handle escalations and implement corrective actions

Financial & Performance Management

- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and project performance
- Ensure efficient use of resources and profitability

Governance & Reporting

- Provide regular status reports to leadership
- Maintain transparency and alignment across stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

- Identify areas for process improvement
- Contribute to best practices and new ways of working

Key Requirements

- Strong project/program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions
- Good understanding of budgeting, KPIs, and business impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex projects with high quality standards
- Strategic thinking with attention to execution

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years in project management delivering end-to-end projects
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Technology or similar)
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred
- Tools: Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar tools
