- Responsibility includes handling Project Management from Project Kick off until delivery.
- Manage projects assigned within specific targets of budget, schedule, and quality.
- Develop high-quality proposals with deep technical content.
- Contribute to processes being developed. Process compliance for projects.
- Project tracking and monitoring - develop reports for budget, schedule, and quality metrics based tracking for projects.
- Customer satisfaction - maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead the design team in task assignment, prioritization, and scheduling
- Review and implement designs and provide guidance for design
- Successfully deliver all design Projects with on time delivery, Quality and customer satisfaction
- Develop and Implement valuable engineering design guidelines and Process
- Find ways to Provide additional embedded design Services and expand embedded design solution offering to customers
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Team Player
- Willing to travel frequently to US/EU on onsite assignments based on org needs
- Hands on Design and implementation of embedded designs as architect
- Competency building of embedded design team aligning with technology roadmap of the company, identifying skill set gaps and filling the gaps to have self sufficiency
Mentoring team members to next level Proficiency and hands on Knowledge in all Prominent Industry standard tools for embedded development.
Development experience in prominent Microprocessor and Microcontroller families, Development Platforms, Regulatory standards, etc
