- Excellent follow-up and documentation abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of project timelines, BOQs, material movement, site readiness, and execution planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- Knowledge of cold rooms, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, civil, or EPC projects will be an added advantage.
