Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Jaipur, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for automotive and related operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, logistics teams, and inspection personnel, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues.



The role also involves preparing project documentation and reports, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control in manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, inventory, and vendor communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data, manage risks, and make informed decisions under time constraints.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) and basic ERP systems is beneficial.
- Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
