- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle project budgeting,



forecasting, and resource planning
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational processes
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) where applicable
