The Project Manager is responsible for leading ERP implementation and transformation projects by managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The role involves working closely with clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects.

- Lead client engagement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality,



and resource utilization.

- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.

- Track project progress using project management tools and maintain project documentation.

- Coordinate project activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), training, deployment, and go-live support.

- Manage change requests, project documentation, RAID logs, and project reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
