- Lead end-to-end CCaaS implementation projects across global enterprise clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between client KPIs and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver accurate reporting, status updates, and governance documentation for all engagements
