We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the solar industry to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing utility-scale, commercial, or rooftop solar projects from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage solar PV and renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Manage procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and quality standards.





- Oversee site activities including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works.

- Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and regulatory approvals.

- Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

- Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders and provide status updates.

- Lead commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.

- Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues during project execution.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field

Required Experience

- 4– 5 years of experience in Solar/ Renewable Energy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
