We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and team management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Candidates with an academic background in Mechanical, Civil, Production, Computer Science, or IT Engineering are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership, providing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
- Manage project scope, handle change requests, and resolve project escalations effectively.




- Support business development by preparing proposals, effort estimates, and planning inputs.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Production, CS, or IT) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing software or technology project deliveries.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Prior exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects preferred.
- Experience working with AI technologies in project environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from in office or client locations when required.
