Job Summary

Rekha Interior is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior or civil engineering, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects from start to handover.

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and site teams.

Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.

Manage site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.





Coordinate material planning and ensure timely procurement.

Resolve site-related issues and provide effective solutions.

Conduct regular site visits and prepare project progress reports.

Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design/Interior Engineering.

3–4 years of experience in project management for interior fit-out or civil projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, execution processes, and site management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
