Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate Research & Field Operations. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager who will spearhead online data harvesting for residential and commercial real estate developments, map out strategic field operations, and oversee physical site surveys to ensure high-quality data compilation for final market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Digital Desk Research

- Identify new and ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects using online databases.
- Filter target properties based on specific criteria.
- Geotag confirmed project coordinates and organize baseline metadata into our central mapping repository.
- Maintain a clean, structured digital backlog of targeted locations to serve as the master blueprint for fieldwork.

Phase 2: Field Operations & Physical Surveys
- Conduct on-site physical inspections of marked commercial and residential project zones.
- Capture critical field data points including exact location, structural progress, project data.




- Engage with local site representatives or property managers when necessary to clarify baseline project timelines.

Phase 3: Data Compilation & Synthesis
- Aggregate raw qualitative notes collected during field visits.
- Standardize multi-source data points into structured, clean datasets ready for standard analytical modeling.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in real estate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Earth, mobile data collection tools, and Excel.
- Attributes: Solid spatial awareness, sharp attention to detail, and a high comfort level with splitting time between desk work and outdoor field operations.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across project sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
